Martial Law – 30 years ago on 13th December the military leader of Poland General Jaruzelski declared the martial law after a year of crippling strikes. Ever since then it’s been a topic of a heated discussion and we’re going to take through the background story and speak to someone caught up in the events of 30 years ago.

The Zenon Band – we’re talking to the lead singer Zee, about their music, beginnings, major success in Poland and Polish upbringing in UK, plus we’re going to hear a sample of their fantastic music!
