Lunchtime with Harriet

Presented by Harriet Robinson

Today I speak with Betty and Ollie, actors from new play ’16′. Set in 1916 it explores the emotions young people who were being conscripted to war.

16 is  realistic piece of theatre with expressionistic elements, which incorporates the poetry of A. E. Houseman, and adapts the music of George Butterworth, who died on the Somme.

16 is showing at the Tobacco Factory from 7-11th Feb.
