Bristol-based novelist CHRISTOPHER WAKLING joins me to talk about his recent novels, The Devil’s Mask and What I Did – both published this year, but covering widely different genres, eras and subjects.  He’ll be appearing at the beautiful new FOYLES Bookshop in Cabot Circus, along with fellow author Tobias Jones, on Tuesday 15 November 6:15pm (FREE!).

Welsh National Opera are in town, with a mouth-watering trio of operas.  Welsh baritone, DAVID KEMPSTER, sings the title role in a brand new production of DON GIOVANNI.  I met up with him on Tuesday night just before the performance to hear about his take on this complex character.
